Sa kaliwang kamay ka na lang magtusok. Ang problema kung kaliwa't kanan ka. Hehe.

I never imagined that your blood sugar condition was this serious. Talagang tutok pala ang monitoring. Ganyan talaga yan. Sanayan lang. Ako once a week lang kung mag-check. I use Roche's Accu-Chek and Multiclix Lancet Device. Konting sakit lang at may dugo agad. Dito sa atin, P2thou ang isang 50-pack set ng strips. Napapatagal ko yan ng 1 year.

bawas na sa kanin, no mayonaise, non of those sweet and sour sauces. and if at all possible, no sodas and sweet juices. if u have to, diet sodas na lang. sodas are usually the culprit.
candidato rin ako ng diabetes a year ago, but not anymore. hallelujah!

hi doc emer.
oo medyo serious ako sa pag monitor ko. i do it 3 times a day and even have a blog for it - http://batjaychronicles.blogspot.com/
serious din ako sa pag diet at iba na talaga ang food namin ngayon sa bahay. puro healthy na. no red meat. puro cereals, fish at veggies.
serious din ako sa exercise ko and i work out 3 hours a day now for a month. so far, i've lost 20 pounds in 28 days.
ayoko kasi mag gamot as much as possible and i want to get rid of this by diet and exercise.

kaliwat kanan din ako mag tusok, pareng rene. impak - para akong nagpapatugtog ng piano. one finger at a time left hand to right hand. then left side of finger to right side of finger para hindi mabugbog ng sugat.
ten fingers times two sides = 20 tusok per cycle.

Sabi naman sayo mylab e, either i-close open mo yang palad mo or iwagwag mo yung kamay mo pababa para mag-drain sa mga daliri mo yung dugo. It will help, subukan mo.
Labyu! :)

ginawa ko na mylab yung sinabi mo. tama ka - very effective nga. ayaw ngang huminto yung pagtulo ng dugo ngayon. ngyehehe. salamat - lab U!
